I had this dip for the first time at a house warming party. I've made it once for my husband and I and once for my extended family. I might make it again for the 4th this weekend!
White Pizza Dip:
Ingredients:
1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets Savory Herb with Garlic soup mix
1 16 oz container of sour cream
1 8 oz cup ricotta cheese
1 cup shredded mozzerlla cheese
1/4 cup chopped pepperoni
Baguette Slices for serving

Preheat oven to 350.
In a shallow 1-quart casserole dish, combine soup mix, sour cream, riccota cheese, 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese and pepperoni. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese. Bake uncovered 30 minutes or until heated through. Serve with baguette slices. Would also be good with triscuits or pita chips.
