Why the Advocare 24 Day Challenge?

First and foremost, what works for some people will not work for others. I am here to explain Advocare so you can make an informed decision for yourself.

The Challenges are marketed as a jumpstart to losing weight, to break through a plateau or just the push of motivation to begin, continue or change habits. It takes 21 days to break a habit. The Challenge is a great length to kick a soda or sugar habit, it helps to change your thinking about food, the way you cook and the way you eat when you are out, and these changes and new habits are what will prevent you from gaining back any weight that is lost. It actually is not recommended to go from Challenge to Challenge. In fact, the Cleanse is not recommended more than every 90 days.

Some people can achieve the same results without supplements, but others need the help, the regiment and the kick start. Honestly, not everyone, and not even most people, can do that. A lot of people need the push of the challenge to start their weight loss. Also, it is not all about weight loss but about overall nutrition. Some people do not need to lose weight but love products like Catalyst or Muscle Gain which are more about overall fitness than weight loss. If you are going use products to enhance your workout or results, Advocare is better than GNC and other supplements.

Supplements in general are expensive, as are healthy foods. The cheaper supplements from a health store or general supermarket may not be as well-rounded, healthy or tested. That is one of the problems in the world; junk is cheaper and easier to come by than healthy options, especially if you want to eat organic.

Another thing to consider, you do not get support just buying the supplements at a store as you do buying from a good distributor. A good distributor follows up, asks how you are doing, helps through struggle and gives suggestions. While you may get some advice while you are in the store looking for items to purchase, you do not get the follow up support from a health store.
